Osteopath
Gemma Piercey was locally born and educated at Ladies’College. She graduated from the University of Chichester in 2006 with a BSc (hons) in Sports Therapy. She subsequently went on to complete an Osteopathy degree at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent. Since graduating she has worked for the NHS in London and privately in Brighton. This experience has given her the opportunity to treat a wide range of conditions and work within multidisciplinary teams.
Gemma treats a wide range of musculo-skeletal conditions, using a mainly structural Osteopathic approach, with a strong emphasis placed upon patient care and management. Her treatment package, whether it is one session or more, includes manual treatment, such as massage, manipulation and acupuncture, as well as bespoke advice and exercises.
Gemma is a very keen runner, hockey and squash player. Her enthusiasm for sports is shown in her commitment in helping others with sporting injuries.
