Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy Massages are available at Avenue Clinic with Joy Ashman our massage therapist.

Massage during pregnancy can be relaxing and also help to ease problems such as lower back pain, aching shoulders & neck, sciatica or swollen ankles, nausea or headaches etc.

Treatments are individually tailored to each client’s needs and include a full consultation. Sidelying techniques with plenty of care and attention to your comfort provide reassurance and confidence at this important time in your life.

Please note that Pregnancy massage is only available post 12 weeks.

Joy trained at the London School of Sports Massage, specialising in deep tissue massage treatment. She holds a BTEC diploma, (Level 5) in Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy and a LSSM Diploma in Sport & Remedial Massage. She is interested in looking at the body as a whole and tailors each massage to the individual person, assessing their needs and range of movement before giving a treatment.
