Janine, a graduate of King’s College London in 1999, has developed exceptional skills in collaboration with leading Orthopaedic and Neuro Surgeons in England. Her extensive experience includes 15 years on Harley Street, where she excelled in physiotherapy and service development.

Janine is enhancing her expertise with a course tailored for Winter sports enthusiasts, emphasizing injury prevention.

 

Janine is an accomplished fencer with experience competing at both national and international levels. Her passion for martial arts extends beyond fencing; she has trained in various disciplines including Kendo and Aikido. Most notably, she has earned a black belt in Taekwondo.


In addition to her competitive endeavours, Janine has contributed to the development of local football teams in London, demonstrating her commitment to promoting sports at all levels. She finds great fulfilment in working with sports people of all skill levels, whether they are beginners just starting their journey or seasoned athletes looking to refine their techniques. Janine’s diverse experience in sports makes her a valuable resource for anyone interested in improving their athletic abilities and avoiding injury.


She enjoys Padel Tennis, Open Water Swimming and spending time outdoors.
