Counselling & Psychotherapy

Ben is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, born and raised in Guernsey. After ten years away, he is glad to be back on the island, supporting people in the local community.

Ben works with adults and teenagers aged 16 and over, helping with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, overwhelm, feeling stuck or unsure of what’s next, and more complex experiences. Whether you are coming with something specific or simply know you’re not feeling quite yourself, therapy can offer a supportive space to explore what’s going on and find a way forward.

Ben draws on a mix of approaches, including person-centred therapy, ACT, CBT, psychodynamic, and existential ideas. If those terms feel a bit technical, that’s completely normal. In practice, it’s about working together in a way that feels natural, helpful, and makes sense for you.
