Our home visit service ensures your treatment is convenient, personalised, and focused on your needs. We treat a wide range of adult physical health conditions, including:

Neurological Specialist Support

Jennifer Blackmore

Our Occupational Therapist can help you to manage your cognitive and/or physical symptoms, through education, compensation, adaptation and relearning daily living skills. They can provide advice on home modification, assistive technology and equipment for greater independence to enable you to continue living safely in your own home.

Occupational Therapy

Osteopathy is a safe and natural approach to healthcare. Patients of all ages may benefit, and the osteopaths within the clinic have varying experience of treating newborns through to octogenarians and above!
