Vivienne is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy. She is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and a member of the UK & International Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA).
Vivienne takes an integrative and evidence-based approach to health, and uses a ‘food first’ approach. She recognises that health concerns are often influenced by various factors, including nutrition, lifestyle, environment, genetics, and life experiences. She works collaboratively with clients to explore and address the areas contributing to their symptoms and overall wellbeing.
Her approach is personalised, practical, and centred around the individual. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Vivienne aims to identify underlying imbalances and support clients in making realistic and sustainable changes that promote long-term health. She is passionate about helping people cut through the confusion surrounding nutrition and empowering them with clear, evidence-based guidance that can be confidently applied in everyday life.
Before retraining in Nutritional Therapy, Vivienne enjoyed a successful career in marketing. This experience strengthened her communication skills and fuels her commitment to making complex health information accessible, engaging, and relevant to each client’s unique circumstances.
Vivienne supports clients with a broad range of health goals and concerns. She has a particular interest in sports nutrition, helping active individuals optimise nutrition to support energy, recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing.
Vivienne has a lifelong passion for sport and movement. Having played junior and senior county netball, she now enjoys running and strength training. Her personal experience of the transformative impact of nutrition and lifestyle habits continues to inspire both her professional practice and her commitment to helping clients achieve their health potential. She has a keen interest in supporting the community and also works for the Health Improvement Commission and The Farm Shop.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, Vivienne values working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, person-centred care that supports the whole individual.
